Each batching plant is equipped with advanced computerized and fully automated control systems designed for high-capacity production and precise batching operations. The facilities also feature high-capacity ice and chiller plants for hot-weather concreting, along with covered aggregate storage sheds and bins to maintain material quality.
Using sophisticated sensing and weighing systems, the plants achieve high levels of accuracy in batching aggregates, cement, water, and chemical admixtures. This enables OCI to consistently deliver high-quality concrete that meets project specifications and industry standards

There are two main types of concrete blocks used in the construction industry: hollow and solid. Fully solid blocks are often used for projects like paving, where stability and durability are important.
